Rest assured that we will do our very best to make right any problems or hiccups along the way.

If you're unhappy with an item, we want to correct the problem:

  • You may return new, unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of a delivery for an exchange or a full refund.
  • Items marked "SALE" are not eligible for a refund (unless damaged or defective) as they are deeply discounted. This includes items in our "SALE" sections.
  • Returning is as simple as 1-2-3:
    1) Contact us here to have the return/exchange registered and get the correct return address for the item.
    2) Ship back the item(s) to us.
    3) When we receive it back, we issue a refund or exchange depending on your preference.

All returned items must be new, and not show signs of use.

If your item is damaged, please make sure to take a photo of the packaging (including the box the order was shipped in), so we can follow up with our shipper if needed.

If you would like to start a refund or exchange, and give us a chance to make it right, please use the Contact Form to start the process.

It can take up to 4-5 weeks before you receive your refund, however in most cases it will be much faster. Why so long you ask? This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive it from the shipper (5-15 business days), the time it takes us to check the items and process your return (3-5 business days), and finally the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
